We’re a group of representatives from Crosland Southeast, the City of Charlotte and a mix of consultancies and agencies, who are dedicated to creating something truly transformative for the east side and the collective Charlotte community.
Community involvement is a vital part of our development process, and we want to keep hearing from you. We consider it a privilege to honor Eastland’s rich history, and to have the voice of the community as a guide. Thank you, Eastside residents, community leaders, and business owners, for participating in our community engagement process.You are helping shape redevelopment of the former Eastland Mall site.
The first phase of community engagement has concluded and the process is now in Phase II. We will be working with the developer, Crosland Southeast, to incorporate your feedback into design and program ideas. The City extended the agreement with Crosland Southeast. They have been busy with outreach to prospective tenants, helping them understand the many benefits of being a part of Eastland.
